Will include performances by local children.

Uist Boat Club

2pm - boats galore at Otternish. Barbeque.
Boat trips: £2 per person.

Sheepdog trials

10pm - Ceilidh band with a line-up of accordion, fiddle and drums - a 'cheerful, dynamic, youthful trio'

Sports Day on The Machair

2pm - races and other events for young and old.
Lots of fun - prizes to be won!
Pony rides on the machair.
Fun Run.
Bouncy Castle.
BBQ and refreshments.

9PM - Livewire - Uist rock band with a great reputation.
Adults £6, Children £4.

Wednesday 16 July

Sandcastle Competition on west beach

1:30pm
Open to all ages. Bring bucket, spade and your idea.
Gather at The Hall.
Prizes for different age groups.
Refreshments.
Admission free.

Beach BBQ & Music

8pm - on west beach, weather-permitting.
In the Hall if weather is not suitable.
Prices: Adults - steak £8, chicken, burger or vegetarian £6.
Children - steak £6, chicken, burger or vegetarian £4.
Under-5's free.

Thursday 17 July

Treasure Hunt

1pm - open to children and adults of all ages.
Lots of running around and thinking!
Meet at the Hall.
£2 admission.

Quiz Night in The Hall

8pm - teams of four. Prizes to be won!
Last year proved very popular.
Price £3, including tea and biscuits.

Friday 18 July

Traditional Concert

Saturday 19 July

Berneray 10K Road and Cross-Country Race

Registration from 1pm to 1.45pm. Race starts at 2pm.
Start and finish point: Berneray Community Hall.
Same beautiful route as last year - part road, part machair track and part beach.

Medal for all finishers.
Trophies for first local, first lady and first over-40 finisher.
Entry fee £4.
Minimum age 15 years.
