Ardmaree Stores is a well-stocked shop, providing grocery provisions, outdoor-wear, wines, spirits, and beers.

Deliveries of milk, bread, cakes and other fresh produce arrive several times a week. Local smoked salmon, other fish, meats and cheeses are available. The freezer and fridge sections add to the large range of food produce.

We stock fruit and vegetables, toiletries, maps and local historical books, and many things you may need for your holiday (postcards, suntan lotion, hats).

For long-term visitors, newspapers can be ordered through the shop. There is a DIY supplies section.

Delivery to the Youth Hostel is available on most days in late afternoon.

Location

Ardmaree Stores is situated just 700 yards from Berneray ferry terminal and the causeway. Cross over to Berneray on the causeway and follow the main road. Ardmaree Stores is on the right.

The shop is open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday. There are adjoining toilets for customers, and the Lobster Pot tea room is in the same building.
