32 Backhill is on the east coast of Berneray, sitting between the Post Office and the sea.

The house has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and ample wardrobe / drawer space. Bedroom 2 contains adult sized bunk beds, a double folding bed with mattress and a single folding bed with mattress.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, and fridge/freezer.

There is a sitting room with TV, video and telephone. The house contains a Swedish solid fuel burner; heating is provided by an electric storage heater.

July to August: £250 per week
Rest of year: £200 per week
