Moving the sheep to summer grazing (2)

Next, pull up a boat. Now the sheep can only go a) in the sea, which they won't, b) in the boat, or c) back away from the harbour.

Now the tricky part. Take several islanders, and anyone who is passing at the time. Between them, line out a wire mesh, making sure that the ends of it go right to the edge of the harbour. This blocks off option c) for the sheep.
