Berneray properties can be found by regularly examining these listings. Note that Berneray property is sometimes incorporated as part of North Uist, and occasionally as Harris, in some of the listings.

1. these services tend to have a delay in reporting such figures, of a few months
2. not every transaction in the Outer Hebrides seems to get listed, or made public
3. local addressing systems, and the lack of additional information, can make it difficult to work out which property is being referred to
