​Situated a few metres from the rocky shore of Bays Loch, Otter Cottage is a traditional stone walled cottage within a modern shell and roof. Enjoy watching seals and occasionally otters from the large picture windows in the ocean-facing sitting room. The cottage has recently been completely renovated with electric heating throughout and a traditional wood/peat burner for extra cosiness in the winter.
 
The three bedrooms have the best quality mattresses, ample storage space and black-out curtains. The master bedroom has en-suite toilet/shower and a TV (if needed). There is a second shower toilet off the hallway. 
 
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave cooker, coffee maker, kettle, ample cooking utensils and crockery. 
 
The sitting room is beautifully furnished and equipped with broadband wi-fi and a smart TV. There is a high quality BenQ computer monitor available if needed. 
 
The private car park holds one large SUV or two smaller cars.
